• Lots are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

• Lot reservations will begin at 11a on Saturday April 26th, 2025 at the Hicks subdivision sales office located at 3603 Melbourne Pl

• To reserve a lot you will sign our lot reservation form and write a fully refundable check of $5000 made out to Mid Valley Title.

• The reservation check will remain uncashed and refundable until you finish the selections process and sign contracts (appr. 2 weeks).

• Escrow will be opened. Your reservation check, and a check for any upgrades, will be deposited at Mid Valley Title.They will become non-refundable and will be applied towards your down-payment at closing.
